Does Physical Activity affect Academic Performance?

Most often, teens would rather choose social media, hanging out with friends, or staying home and relaxing rather than going to a gym or doing something active.  If teens only knew how beneficial physical activity really was for them, and saw the affects, maybe they would make exercising a priority.  In school, it has been scientifically shown that students who exercise daily, or partake in some type of physical activity multiple times a week, have shown improvements in their academic performance.  How great it that!!
